Yes, I was thinking of the blue elements as a tank, but it seems to lack
a bit of height. Putting a plate on the top may help to give the
impression of a tank. But I'm worried that putting a plate on top of a
half-pin will make the plate swiwel around; I need a means to secure it
better.

I probably need to outline the seat better, yes. I was thinking that
the two black halfbeams should do the job of looking like a seat, but
giving it a bit more volume should be nice.

I was aiming for the street bike look, so the wheels should probably be
somewhere between the 30.4×14VR and the pulley wheels.
Thanks for the comments.
