Huh? I suppose they mean beacause of the hierarchical structure. I'd say no,
because I see a lot of the same names in different groups. Thus, the people
can't be too "compartmentalised".

Quite the opposite, it's for people who do know what they want to read, and
want to know that when they go to a particular group it will be about something
they want to read.

I wouldn't say "constantly". I would say "when necessary". Well, except I
don't think I have *ever* seen you threaten to expel someone from Lugnet as a
whole, only restrict posting privileges.
