It seems to me that all of these are probably best off in shopping. Of
course if eToys or TRU start posting, I would expect them to keep the
posts to a reasonable quantity (1 per week or less, except when
announcing specials).
The posts in shopping about this or that store having a sale etc. are
appropriate, even if the quantities may be a little limited (the overall
quantities should be fairly large as most of the stores are chains). A
store which is not a chain, and which doesn't do mail order, should
probably only be posted in local groups, or in buy-sell-trade with a
note that the person making the announcement is willing to buy sets for
people.
