Ok.  Then the problem migrates back to community awareness (unless I'm still
confused <grin>).  I did a quick scan of all the offers to sell a set(or sets)
in .bst in September.  Out of 20 offers, 12 of them were (either stated or
implied - mostly implied) first come, first serve, at a fixed price.  The
other 8 were variations on either 'sale or trade' or 'best offer by' or 'e-
mail me'.

Hmm, I sure wouldn't call those "shopping."

A "one-off" (like some old castle set) that's offered first-come-first-serve
to someone is still a BST type of thing.

Are the 12 straight sale offers in the wrong place?

No, they should be in .market.buy-sell-trade unless they like some kind of
formalized "presence" on the web or a storefront or whatnot.

Would the above classification mean I should be posting my parts sale (first
come first serve, fixed prices) to .shopping?

Just trying to get this straight in my head,

An alternative name for .market.buy-sell-trade that we were thinking about
long ago was .market.barter -- which emphasizes the one-to-one aspect and
trading -- but doesn't emphasize straight-sales quite enough.
