That's a good reason too!
Say, all this speculation about minifigs and what's natural/useful to track
led me to go dig up my first Space set listing that I made when I was a kid.
FWIW, here it is exactly* as it appeared around Christmastime of 1979-80...

Apparently I hadn't yet obtained 6970 at that time, and also thought that it
was interesting to track the number of wheel-axles in the vehicles. :-)
Also, little did I know that *yellow* spacemen were just around the corner in
1982.
