Wrong! :) :)

Well there's nothing like saying "can't be done" to shake out the
solution...

Could you generate a JPG or two, or just describe it? (I don't have a
way to look at .DATs at work).

I just emailed you a GIF instructions sheet, but to your mindspring account...
should I email it to your work account?

Mindspring is just fine (I can access it from work).

Hmm, I just tried to look at all the parts which are used, and I don't
see something to turn the tile on it's side, so I assume I'm missing
something.

Nope :)  It's what I like to call an IES*  There is no actual piece that holds
the tile at 90 degrees... it's the particular arrangement of the other pieces
that holds the whole thing together :)

Ah, now I see. I may use that for a few containers which open. That
solution won't work for the Selbulba tile though since the thin walls
aren't split in color, and it doesn't manage the 1/2 plate thickness the
tile has to be raised, HOWEVER, now seeing that solution, I see an
elegant way to do what I want. Stick the Sebulba tile on the top two
studs of the 2x2 corner plate, stick a black 1x2 tile below, stick a 2x2
plate behind the top half of the tile, sticking up, stick an orange 1x2
tile (grille will work as a vent) above that. Put two courses of orange
bricks on top of the 1x2x2 thin walls, put an orange plate above that
(could be the roof). Then all that is needed is a 1x2 orange plate to
stick in the gap on top of the tiles. An orange 1x2/1x4 bracket could be
used (no shortage of those, how many does Sebulba's pode have?), which
would also provide a bit of a top "backstop" for the supporting plates
(though it's 1/2 a plate thickness too far back, and would just put some
studs sticking out on the inside, which won't look any uglier than the
rest of the arrangement. Another option with existing parts is an orange
2x2 corner plate (and maybe I have some 1x2 orange plates from
something).

This solution doesn't even use any more uncommon parts than my solution.
