It ain't your english. I live in the US and I don't have any idea what
that's supposed to mean. Any way, Bionicle sets have alot of technic peaces,
and no system pieces (pohatus' rock doesn't count). Lego is not going to
waste money creating a new theme just because they have some pieces that
don't fit your definition of Technic.
