No, I do not deserve to feel angry - and I'm not. I'm just a bit
disappointed.
What you say is quite true. In fact, I got my current job that way. Someone
I know was looking for an IT-supporter. And he called me - rather than
advertising in the newspapers.
But you see, the point is that he was honest about it - he did not call
people in for an interview, and then told them that he already had someone
else in mind for the job.
But you're right, of course, negativity never leads to anything good.
Ok Allan, think positive, think positive.
Yes, of course TLG is looking for a student of computer science. Of course
they're interesting in having him exploring the NXTs capabilities for
behavioural controlled AIs. Yes, of course they are. And they'd just love to
have him publish websites about how happy he is working with the NXT. Yes,
they would. In fact, they simply cannot avoid choosing him as a participant.
Yeah, right.
Sign, I'm afraid it's not really working. The competition is simply too
stiff. Compared to many of those who post here on Lugnet, I'd guess that my
name is pretty low on the list.
Ahh, bugger - those negative waves again.
