I wrote to Nestle UK and got a similar answer. However they did state that
it was appearing on a number of other kids magazines and comics, which they
listed, in the coming weeks, so we are keeping an eye out in the newsagents.
The UK LEGO Adventures! magazine will have them on it's cover next week, but
it's cover price is £1.75. If anyone wants them that badly, hook up with
your usual UK AFOL trading partner who should be able to help.
