Consider this the help you claim you need....
1. Go to http://www.ldraw.org/download/start/ and read.
2. Click on "New User" at the bottom of the page
3. When you click "New User", you will be taken to
http://www.ldraw.org/download/start/newuser. This page offers a numbers of
things, including:
- Complete instructions on who to get started
- A Runtime Error 200 bug fix and instrcutions
- Links to download all necessary software
