I think the biggest thing would be track if you're stuck for space.  I
think I've got a reasonable amount of roadplates.  Houses would be really
nice...actually of airports/planes and boats, houses would be the biggest
need.

I think we're aiming for 10AM setup.  The library opens at 10AM.

All righty then, track and houses it is. I'll work on some more buildings
this week then, just in case I make it. I never got around to decorating
most of them inside though. BTW, do you build like LEGO makes them, with
the backside open? Just wondered what would look best in the layout.

Depends on the building.  The majority of my buildings are fully enclosed,
though, but the open backside is cool too.  I have a few open as well.

So 10am it is. I thought the show started at 10, so I thought you'd be
setting up ahead of time. But that just means I wouldn't have to leave
Ottawa before 5am, so that's a good thing. I am NOT a morning person.
Anyways, gotta get back to work.

Usually during Robotics events we start 10AM, but a crew of us (namely Chris
and me) go in early at 9AM to start moving equipment and staging (ie, the
playfield) off the truck and the library.  But Richview opens 10AM, and
setting up is part of the event anyways (unlike in Robotics).
