How should anything know that your message is using this "codepage 1252"?
The message headers specify that you're using the standard iso-8859-1
charset -- but you're not. You've got a bunch of characters using mappings
that are reserved for control characters. How is someone else's application
supposed to know that you're not following the standard you claim you are?

Seriously, it isn't easy to know which special characters will be readable by
nearly everyone if you or your localization knows how to generate those
characters (e.g. 'Milton Train Works™' can't be read by everyone, while '1.0
± 0.2' should be fine.)

It's simple -- just use the standard, and then everything which complies
with the standard will work.
