Umm, no. You and I traded a few posts about this, and I certainly don't wish
the debate would "die"- not as long as there are Lugnet users who are
interested in exchanging viewpoints about it. What I *do* wish is that people
who don't want the debate to go on (ie, aren't interested in actually
discussing the topic at hand) would just go on and talk about whatever it is
*they* want to talk about, and not accuse people who are trading ideas of
"bringing down Lugnet" or "adding to the level of hostility".
Most of the "upset" and "hostile" people have been the ones DEMANDING this
thread/discussion cease. If they have nothing better to do than get upset
about what other people are discussing, that's their problem, not mine.
To be clear:
1) I have not been upset in the least by this discussion (that is, the issue of
cultural diversity in minifigs.
2) More specifically, I have not been upset by Damien's language or attitudes
when sddressing me or anyone else.
I've made this clear in several of my posts, and don't understand how, as
someone who has apparently been following this thread, you can make the above
statement.
