So If I said the Japanese made high quality electrical goods, I'd be accusing
them of being racially superior would I?

The whole point of moving production to China is because the work force isn't as
well educated as the people in the west. I don't infer that the original poster
is having a crack at the Chinese. China is just a less developed country, one
that's catching up fast. It will probably produce better educated graduates in
the future than America and the UK.

The working conditions are far inferior to those enjoyed by the west so whats to
says their standards of quality control aren't as high. Again they'll probably
surpass the west on average soon if the haven't already.

I think your a reverse fascist, too quick to condemn.
