Profit has dropped slightly for me, but I don't mind because I'm spending
much less time on the sales than I used to. Maybe I'm selling for less,
maybe there are more people doing it and so I'm not selling as much at full
asking price the first go-round - whatever it is this isn't as profitable as
it used to be.
Which is ok for me, because I'm *mostly* selling of current stock anyway and
only buying a very small percentage of what I used to buy. Like I've said
before, I don't see myself doing this much longer than another year mainly
because of Lego bulk stuff, but also because so many other people seem to be
doing it now that there isn't as much of a need for me to do it.
So when I hang up my parts seller hat I can go from *maybe* doubling my
investment on a given group of sets (sometimes more, rarely less) to
spending all that time doing much more profitable
consulting/security-related work. :)
