Did anyone else get their S@H Catalog yet? I got mine over the weekend. It says that you can now place your order over the internet, but I checked the catalog at LEGO.com and it still says it's not possible to do that. A couple sets caught my eye (...) I was just looking at the pictures of this... and I was just wondering. What makes it a "Spy Runner" ? Is it some kind of spy plane? Aren't those supposed to be stealthy and/or very fast? Well,I suppose that sort of answers my earlier question about the Spy Runner... doesn't seem too "secret agent-y" to me tho. I'd expect a secret agent plane to be something more sleek and jet-like. The "maxi-figs" you see in the picture are borrowed display models from the LEGO Outlet store. They are not built out of LEGO bricks at all, they're just very large mini-figs and work (joint wise)in the same way. Unforunatly the "maxi-figs" arent' (...) (...) One thing that stands out here...the common US "secret agent" plane right now would be a OV10D, or a MC130 Herk...so, it being piston engined is no big deal. You can probably build one of those things (or a close equivalent) with a few tubs at a third the cost. I would have considered buying something like the prototype, with lots of slopes, but I can't see any reason to buy the production model. I feel (...) (...) Ha! Ha!. The OV-10 has been adapted to do crop spraying, and has been alleged to have flown over Cuba. They are a nice little plane, with a 110 cf extra space that could be used much like a lysander, for carrying "things" around. (the space is (...)
