...and I owe you an apology for that, being one of those sellers. I knew my
turn-around time was changing drastically, and I should have done something
to make sure repeat customers like you were aware that it was happening.
I've learned from that; and now I think my store is very clear about the
fact that I can't guarantee a fast turn-around anymore.
Sorry again about the lack of notice before.
