Right. Maybe there should be something of a clinic / FAQ in regards to this?

Right, but, IANAL, I think most businesses need invoices or packing slips to
avoid any potential bad things from occurring. Keeping shipping costs down
is good. But at least include some info on the ordr, right it under the
senders address if nothing else.

I think the seller could at least write an order number down, that is all I
ask. I have recieved about 70% orders with NOTHING but the parts. Especially
since most e-mails are down now as well, it is harder. I had no clue who is
who, since most e-mails are partrshops@partshop.com or whatever. When I was
selling, I added the invoice I received for the order.

Well, yes, Brett, but as a seller, you do put order numbers on your shipments.
The only reason I asked for e-mails is I have not recieved any e-mail on
orders since it went down a couple months ago, and I had to contact sellers
to see what the status was. Pretty strange for a buyer to ask a seller about
an order, isn't it?
When you have numerous orders coming in (I had 4 Monday) and open them up, 1
had soemthing, I had to page through all my orders (12 or so at the time)
and try to track down specific ones (I ordered similar parts, too)
I am mainly trying to put some information out as to my experiences on
ordering things. While most sellers do a decent job, some others aren't, and
that is all I am trying to say.
