Agreed. On the web, doing a count is fine. But I'm subscribed to two of
the groups where thread is cross-posted on and in the last couple of days I
got some 100 emails regarding this. So you can imagine what it's like for
people like me who are subscribed to these groups.

Yeah, and it's a total ? as to whether they will sell them to us at all, let
alone price.

Perhaps a petition would be more helpful, especially if they refuse to sell
the fig independently of their product or to foreigners.
