20 mins? that's nothing! When I went during lunch to a local Big W store on toy
sale opening week, I almost fainted when I saw this HUGE line of trolleys... 76
to be exact! one lady who was around the 30th trolley in line said she had been
waiting for 4 hours!!! and these trolleys were over flowing and some had more
than one. I of course, thought "lay-bying in my lunch break? ya gotta be
kidding"... thankfully they didn't have too much that I was interested in so I
just bought the stuff with the money I had. I think they would have almost
needed a store extention just to store the stuff! my gosh!!! But I wonder how
much of it will never be finalised...

| (...) My wife any myself braved one of these opening sales last year at a local K-mart. Arriving 30 minutes before the store even opened and had to queue at the door to get in. The astute shoppers had already collected empty trolleys (some with (...) (20 years ago, 23-Jul-04, to lugnet.loc.au)
