A few more I noticed:

p. 15 - Typo says "acrylnitrile butadiene styrene" instead of "acrylonitrile"
p. 18 - "Ricky Bear - a 1980s character", the character shown is "Ricky Racoon"
p. 22 - 2x2x2 clear slope is shown for 1995, when the last time that piece/color
combo was released was 1980
p. 22 - 1x3 clear brick is shown for 1995 and 1996, when the last time that
piece/color combo was used was 1981
p. 22 - red 1x3x1 arch is shown for 1996 and 1998, last time used was 1984
