Well, even "regular part" and "common brick" is up for interpretation; normally
I would not count the white hairpiece as a "regular" part. And I assume you
would only mean bricks that has been sold in public, not bricks used as
give-aways or promotions or made for special occasions? Example:

green octopus is indeed the most rare part I have (not unique, as I do have 3),
but it has probably been made for either a special occasion or as a prototype.
Another example could be the "skeleton horse".
The roof-top-corner in blue or red is the most un-common mold for a regular
brick (regardless of color) that I can think of.
