Does anyone know how NorthWest BrickCon is organized?

Well I may not be the best authority on the subject but Ill give it a shot, Im
sure someone will correct me if Im wrong.
NWBrickCon has been fan organized from the beginning, we havent hired anyone to
help organize. I dont think the first two years we had a committee but I know
the last 2 years and this year there has been one. Ive participated on the
committee last year and a little bit this year. I think there are 6 members on
the committee this year and we started planning this convention soon after the
last one like around January. Weve kept notes from each year trying to learn
what we can do to make a better LEGO fan convention and of course to try and
make our job a little easier each time. We also try to spread the work out so
that any one person doesnt feel overloaded.
Ill try to answer any more questions if I can. Im guessing most others are
fairly busy finalizing convention details but some others may chime in.
We are having a convention roundtable discussion at NWBrickCon and we hope a lot
of good information comes out of it.

Neither plays an overly dominant role. I am not saying (...) (18 years ago, 13-Sep-06, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)
