I think the point is that there is a group of volunteers, lined up and waiting to be
tapped...

| To All, (...) As others have mentioned, I would love to see a Brickfest type event here in the midwest, and I would love to help out. Hopefully I will be able to participate more with IndyLUG here soon - our move is finally over, and my LSF is (...) (18 years ago, 13-Sep-06, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

Neither plays an overly dominant role. I am not saying (...) (18 years ago, 13-Sep-06, to lugnet.events.brickfest, FTX)
