There was a bug in the previous version which caused the complete model to be refreshed most of the time ... now this bug is solved. This incremental refresh works only when the option "Draw to selection only" is turned off! Otherwice it will use (...) (24 years ago, 18-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Hey, I started playing with this and it looks nice. It seems to have an incremental screen refresh mechanism. It appears that when I make certain edits, it only updates that piece and perhaps a small amount of the rest of the model. Did the previous (...) I will release MLCad 1.99 this evening. It should fix major problems and provide some new usefull things. The release will not contain a fully updated help. Instead I'm going to release MLCad with it's help files as they are (a real mess) but (...) (24 years ago, 17-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

My other question is are there (...) I've spoken to Michael (Lachman) about the need for better control of angled pieces... it's easy to rotate a piece, but not to set the point of rotation.. my vote is for a point of rotation object that shows up (...) Why is it that if I group objects together and then exit the program and come back the pieces are magically gone? I mean I'd like to group things to gether but I don't want to end up losing everything I've done. So far I've learned that the you (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Hi all, I downloaded MLCAD to my PC and ran into the following problem. I cannot seem to locate any of the basic bricks, e.g. a 1x4 or 2x4 etc. It seems like I do not have those in my downloaded file. Any ideas why that may be, or am I just looking (...) Hi Michael; I get the same problem. When I drop a new part in the "list of parts in the model" it will show up at 0,-8,0 (or close to it depending on the size of the part- the "y" value will change, but x,z=0). I have tried selecting the "part which (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

I guess it's somehow strange to use ... previous part is the part currently selected when you insert the new one :-/ so please try selecting the part which position should be inherited ... then add the new part by dragging it to the "list of parts (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Um...I know I said I was going to LDraw the Black Hawk, however there was a piece that I could not find so I chose to do the Inferno instead. Well I finally decided to get with it and learn LDraw, etc, etc. Although when I went looking for it I found MLCAD...WOW! SO much easier to use, build, understand, etc, etc. I mean I went halfway through the tutorial and jumped right into making my (...) If you want, I can point out the pertinant sections of the LDView code which deal with this. I ran into similar problems, but managed to get the following behavior: 1. This is just a little nitpick, but I noticed that when MLCad starts up, it isn't maximized. It is set to fill the screen, but not actually in a maximized state. Occasionally i have accidentally gone to minimize the screen and instead dragged the (...) (24 years ago, 10-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
