Make sure that the path to LDraw is correct so MLCad can find the parts.
Also go to the File menu and choose Scan Parts, and hopefully it will say
it's found new parts and will ask you if you want to write a new parts
list - answer Yes. When you install new parts for LDraw you have to use the
Scan Parts in MLCad or the LDRaw mkelist program (I personally find using
MLCad easier as I don't use DOS here) because the parts list index needs to
be updated to include all the parts you have before they can be shown in the
parts menu.
