I think most programmers have done something like this, when they are
working on remembering window positioning.

Therefor MLCAD ignores the minimized and maximized states at all => in case of
maximized you get it nearly maximized only.

Can you make it totally ignore maximization, and not save the new window
position/size when the user maximizes?
