Yeah, all of my mecha have entry hatches. I was going to do a pic of the inside but I was getting very tired and just wanted to put it on the net. But even if the pilot wanted to get inside the mecha, the chair would stop him, you see the chair (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Coooool. Personally, I like the compactness of the Sauron, with the triple engine cluster. Reminds me of a Cylon Raider. Very nice. The Mandrill has some good solutions using the ThrowBots pieces. There are really good second-generation "conference" type cameras like this year's batch from (URL) . The USB models are $120 with 350k- pixels. They're dinky and come on about 24 inches of leash. Aw, shucks. You flatter me. Really, most of the ideas I just took straight from Gundam and implemented in Lego form... the head most obviously. A lot of the stuff just sort of developed on its own. Blacktron stuff was great for black wing pieces... so was Space Police. Unfortunately, I need more black "wall" pieces. It's hard to make all-black stuff with any substantial internal volume.
