There are really good second-generation "conference" type cameras like this
year's batch from http://www.irez.com/ . The USB models are $120 with 350k-
pixels. They're dinky and come on about 24 inches of leash. Good for "minifig
POV" shots.
I had one of the first generation (98) and it was fine for 320x200 until I
dropped the lens off while trying to focus to infinity on an airplane ride...
