Which leads me to my point:  the 4-legged forklift thing from the opening
credits of Halflife is wicked cool.  I'm wondering if anyone would take the
challenge of building it in Lego.
Do you have any pictures or links?

Sadly, no.  It's very very early in the game, though, when you're in the
monorail car and game credits are still flashing on the screen.  The car passes
a huge spill of the green stuff with crates floating in it, and the loader is
walking down a ramp into the mess.

I wish I had gotten a screenshot of it when I had the chance; unfortunately, I
don't own the game.

A rough description from memory:  its body looks somewhat like the Scorpion
mech from Battletech.  It has four legs -- one on each corner of the flat
rectangular frame -- and two arms attached on the top.  The shoulders are set
pretty far back, and the arms arch over the top of the body, with the elbows
pointing upward.  If there is a cab for the operator, it's pretty well-hidden.

Hmmm...that's stiill pretty vague.  Does anyone have a screenshot?

Cheers,
- jsproat
