It seems obvious to me that if you are a townie and you don't have that much space, build a "monument to commercialism", a shopping mall!! I saw one in a Lego magazine about 10 years ago that was really amazing. Try to get working escalators (is (...) (24 years ago, 27-Oct-00, to lugnet.build)

Hi Jason. I like the Quirinus. It's what I would expect a "Classic Space" mecha to look like. ;^) I think the "tiger stark" has a nice torso design, but the arms and legs look a bit too proportionally small. OH! Rats. I just took my Mega Galaxy Explorer apart. It was basically a double sized Galaxy Explorer using Star Wars Wings instead of classic space wings... MAN! I am really beginning to hate going to the Lego web site. They make finding things so tough if you don't want to use all the bells and whistles. At least the bulk order section has cleaned up. I grew up on classic Space (1978-1986) and I still have a huge soft spot in my heart for old simple smileys and single-color astronaut uniforms. Hmmm I actually create my rendered files a little differently. If you use MLCAD, you most certainly can see the x,y,z co-ordinates in the bottom left corner when you move the mouse around in the Top, Down, Left, Right, Front and Back "View Angles" (...) Yes - Those parts are almost impossible to get nowdays. I remember me thinking how "sissy" the Paradisa sets were when they were out. Thanks. I didn't even bother to speculate on the potential cost of building this model for reals. In fact, I "cheated" a bit in assuming that certain colors (like the black angle windows) were available for certain parts. Even substituting "real" (...)
