I didn't even bother to speculate on the potential cost of building this
model for reals. In fact, I "cheated" a bit in assuming that certain colors
(like the black angle windows) were available for certain parts. Even
substituting "real" parts, this building would cost thousands to get the
needed parts (if you even could these days - Some of the parts are extremely
rare!)
