It seems obvious to me that if you are a townie and you don't have that much
space, build a "monument to commercialism", a shopping mall!! I saw one in
a Lego magazine about 10 years ago that was really amazing. Try to get
working escalators (is that possible) or elevators. I think that there is
lots of room for creativity in the mall's design. Just my idea..
