Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Hi Joe, Thanks for the compliments. I do wish that there was some way of uploading a larger image for the competition; the size that they give you on the website just doesn't show enough detail. I have a couple more "sets" for this series in (...) (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Sean, Thanks for the compliments. This is actually the first of what (if actually produced) would be three or more "connected" sets, which would create a larger scene. I'm going to try to have the next two ready next week's voting. Stay tuned! (...) (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: Tank-killer..

This is a superb model. My only suggestion to get a little closer to the real thing would be to replace the last two plates worth of the engines with black, or maybe dark grey, instead of the current grey (part of the rear 1x1 grey brick) to (...)   This one's for you, Ashley

Pre-NWBC, I didn't give microscale building a second thought whenever I saw a little moc on the recent pages of Brickshelf. Then I tagged along with a few other AFOLs to Ashley Glennon's Micro seminar at NWBC a couple weeks ago, and now I'm high on (...)   Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Joel: I love this model, it's one of my favorites I've seen uploaded to the competition.   Re: Tank-killer..

LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

I'm not much of a Town builder, but I have had a couple of ideas for the current contest.
