Whether its a bug or not, it is happening. I am having the same problem
with Communicator 4.5. I think someone said that it was unchanged in
4.7. The group with the most posts (.general) is the one where I have
been most affected.

They *seem* to have this capability, but so far I have not been able to
get the desired result from it.
