I only read .auction message with a header that suggests something I'm
interested in.
I only search on Ebay (currently) for "Lego space."
If the message header indicates a part/set that I am interested in, I *will*
follow the link to Ebay because I would not have otherwise seen it (bulk lot
bricks, for instance).
But then again, that's just how *I* do it.

First, let's say that there were a special group just for privately-run auctions (auctions run by private individuals, that is, without the help of an external (...) (24 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.admin.general)
