For all admins, it is a matter of style that makes them pallatable or not.  I
think some of the admins are really worked up right now and it really shows,
which is unhealthy for lugnet.  I found the style of administration in that case
to be a detriment to the well being of lugnet.  Maybe we should all just take
our chairs, pick a corner and give ourselves a bit of a timeout.

Kevin,

You may not have ever been in this sort of position - but it is extremely
stressful.  Todd's legacy of the 'Buddha' responce to everything is something to
strive towards, but is difficult to always achieve.

Please understand that we are people too, and that we make mistakes.  Jumping on
us for every little slip up (especially when some of us are the targets of
organized smear campaigns - a smear campaign that is supposedly quite popular)
doesn't help anymore than an Admin jumping on a user for not having an
up-to-date email (which is a ToU violation, not to mention creates a number of
obstacles for Admins to actually do their job).\

Larry has admitted his failure - I have recently canceled a message because it
didn't contain the level of Admin-like patience that I think a Lugnet Admin
should have.
