  Re: MOCs of many Fullerenes!

Really very impressive indeed! The work that went into these designs clearly shows through. I would love to toss one (carefully) around in real life. And if my chemistry teacher had had a few...   Re: can game video

(...) :) My robot just measured height. Here's a video of my robot rejecting a can as being "too short": (URL) accepting a can as being tall enough: (URL) video shows the flaw though - the can my robot accepted was empty, therefore having the lowest (...) That's great news so far :-) Some time ago, however, I've tried to get brickOS to run on those old h8300 bricks, but it only seemed to work when using an old tool-chain (which is also the reason why the related packages never got (...)   can game video

Just a quick post. this is a SHORT video of Waynes robot, and mine, each capturing a can. (URL) had learned during the trial elimination rounds earlier in the day that those cans could move VERY very fast. We changed the game a bit to allow for can (...)   Re: Robolab and Spybotics

(...) No language war intended, but for now I'd rather use Robolab. That said, if I change my mind I'd appreciate some tips on using MacNQC with Spybotics. Most of the stuff that I've seen on the web talks about using the regular RCX stuff. One of (...) (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab, lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

Re: what's wrong with the POTM email?

(...) There is a problem with all email to the adresses that ends with ldraw.org. I also do not know exactly what is the problem, but it seems to be bigger because it is still not fixed. (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: naming for some half-primitives

(...) If I have such a problem I use those primitives that are not presently available in the main file, while the other stuff goes into the subfile that I then use several times. cu mikeheide (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)

what's wrong with the POTM email?

I was intending to submit 61810.dat to the POTM contest (well, OK, little are my chances, probably, but you never know :) ) though I can't send the email: (...)   Re: Robolab and Spybotics

(...) I don't know if RoboLab will work with Spybotics, but if you have prior programming experience NQC may be a better option. It works great with Spybotics. Jetro (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab, lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

  Robolab and Spybotics

Does anyone have any experience using Robolab with a Spybotics kit? I just got a couple of old Spybotics kits for my son this past Christmas and would love to program them with him using Robolab. I want to sort out a better naming convention for these, but I don't want to hold up creativity. Chris (...) (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)

  naming for some half-primitives

I've got a little little problem with primitives. I'm working on the 61808.dat file (I guess I'll do it with 61811.dat parallel...), and to ease it up and to save disk space the file will be in four quarters. So, to have such things, you inevitably (...) (16 years ago, 26-Jan-09, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)
