I don't really know if this is a job for L3P right now.
It's not as easy as just adding a new option,
you'll probably never really be happy with the results,
because you'll have a hard time finding *the* right value.

Lothar indicates himself
   "This way using different creaseangles in one file can be controlled."
that you have to sit down and fiddle with different creaseangles
for different parts of the file for the best result.

However, if there were hints in an LDraw file like
   0 CREASEANGLE 120
   ...
   0 CREASEANGLE 140
   ...
   0 CREASEANGLE 0
   ...
it would probably be a more managable job for L3P.
