Oooo, there's a few on BrickSet that are candidates, but they're not in other
databases yet it seems-- I see:
5625-1 Police 4x4
5626-1 Coast Guard Bike
5627-1 Dozer
8399-1 K-9 Bot
8400-1 Space Speeder
But of course it seems like there aren't any images of the 8399 and 8400
(they're both supposedly from the new Space Police lineup).
So that would make all the candidates these, I think?

These 3 seem to be promotional polybags and not boxed retail sets so for my purpose they do not count (since they dont come in the same box and they arent sold in my country, never have been and likely never will be) So that just leaves the 2 (...) (16 years ago, 27-Jan-09, to lugnet.general)
