My guesses are that this tooling has been under development for some time,
certainly well before Ben's analysis was posted... so these ideas were not known
at the time of development.
Redoing tooling at this point will add a lot of cost, I would expect.
As I said, all my guesses.
I can live with these omissions although it certainly would be nice if the NEXT
wheel incorporates those (hehe... haven't actually got these in any quantity and
I'm talking about the next one!)
