I have no issues with cutting the tubes either :-) but I don't like painting stuff used as or with LEGO bricks. I think the (...) I pretty much did all of the designing in MLCAD and used LDD more for checking part availability, checking for proper LDraw conversion, and quick prototyping and (...) The GMLTC had our layout set up at the Minnesota Transportation Museum's Jackson Street Roundhouse for several months, it just about destroyed the club.
