Ok peoples we all know how great this whole space moonbase mods are(I myself
am a classic space fan and am in the process of making one myself).
Now what I'm thinking which is we town folks can do something like this.At
our last train show(MichLTC) we did a layout with 8 "city blocks"
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=209787 in this pic you see
most of the 8(including steve bliss in the background) These blocks are 2x3
standard green baseplates full of buildings with roadplates going around
them.In this pic you can see 2 of my blocks and the roadplates going around
them. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=203221
Now I think people can build these 2x3 blocks with at least some of the road
plates that go around them then place them together for several square
blocks of a downtown(this would work great at meetings and things like
brickfest IMO) LMKWYT
