No offense intended :)
It is a cruise ship, and the woman sitting at the desk is the passenger
manager. She checks the visitors into their rooms, and helps them with any
questions they may have. She is also the passengers' most direct link to
the crew.
I did not choose a female for this role for any other reason than I liked
the look of that hair on that head, and it seemed to fit the role better
than any others did. My crew is almost evenly balanced sex wise. Not
because I am trying to be politically correct or anything, but because of
the bunk restrictions I have previously stated (2 rooms of 6 beds each, with
28 crew = staggered sleeping schedules) and besides... the captain of the
ship is Janel Stamp, you can see her in many of the photos.
besides, what's wrong with receptionists anyways? Thats what my girlfriend
does for a living, and she makes more money than I do! :)
