| Hi all, I have built brickos 0.9.0 on Linux platform kernel 2.4.29. Brickos was successfully built with only C (no c++) support. | Wow, that answers a lot of questions, all but one: why is the USB's 'long range' shorter than the Serial's distance? Was my speculation of the available power true? | Hello I'd like to send sensor values from the RCX to my PC. In this forum I've read that I can do this with the help of LNPD. | Hello, I was wondering if anyone has compiled BrickOS to run on OS X with the USB IR Tower. I am able to successfully compile the GCC cross-compiler but I am unable to get the USB Tower to function correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (...) | Hi, thanks to some responses from this forum I now know that I need to patch brickos in order to function with the usb ir tower. The problem is...I have no idea how to apply this patch. | Hi all, I am working on my graduation project and I am stuck at one problem. I want to send commands to my rcx from a win32 aplication(Visual C++ 6.0). Firmware is Brickos. | (...) I've never used LNPd, but since it's old enough to have "legOS" as its first letter, then it must support the serial IR tower. If no one else has info for you, you might consider buying one.
