To the best of my knowledge they decommissioned the auto-launch missile
right before they declassified it (about five years ago), so it's not in use
anymore.  As for the rest of the system, it is still up, but we're shutting
down many of our operations IAW recent treaties.  We had a missile base in
MO that's been completely shut down and converted into a B-2 base.
