Actually, in my opinion, if the set were named Columbia, it would be a bigger
seller, as it would now be a souvenir, or memorabilia for this recent tragic
event. Sales-wise I'd call it unlucky. Just my $0.02 worth.

No, they'd never be able to pull it off without a lot of negative publicity.
It only takes one complaint to scupper everything.  As it is, I suspect
there'll be several delays and serious reviews before they finally decide to
release it.  Even then someone's bound to make a comment about missing a 1x1
tile and get a lashing from everyone else.
