If the pyramids of Giza fascinate you (as they do me), you have to check out Graham Hancock's amazing book , The Message of the Sphinx (URL) of his premises is that the three pyramids of Giza indeed map out the 3 stars in Orion's belt. The climb to the top was a little unnerving for several reasons. First, "It's illegal to climb the pyramids", so our group of about 10 caught a coupla taxis from our hotel at about 4:30 am.
