   Hi Things have all gone wrong for me for the last few weeks. So i will be shutting myself out of Lugnet for a few weeks or months.... but i will sure to make a slow return when i find a some employment... I will continue to update Brickbay store, (...)    It's sad to hear of someone as keen as Michael not being able to carry on contributing to the LUGNET community, but hopefully he will still be active, and his situation will improve in due course.    If we do need a new site I'm willin to help. I'm a web developer so I could write us a nice DB driven site if we need, and I have lots of friends who are web graphic designers who'd help out with the design angle. let me know if you wanna go forward (...)      As I see it we have the discussion threads here on Lugnet, moving to a Yahoo list for the sake of it isn't a good idea I see the spec for a UKLUG site running along these lines News, Events Diary, links its all stuff that can and will still be (...)       It is the banners and stuff I really don't like. It'd be nice to put a professional edge onto it, to show the other groups how it's done :) I do use frontpage for some of the development, (simply because I always have) so If you are willing to (...)      IMHO, we should be actively discouraging existing and potential UK AFOLs from using any other messaging systems than LUGNET.
