It's sad to hear of someone as keen as Michael not being able to carry on
contributing to the LUGNET community, but hopefully he will still be active,
and his situation will improve in due course.
One thing he was interested to tackle was updating the UK LUG site
(http://www.uklug.org.uk/) which is hopelessly out of date.
Michael offered (http://news.lugnet.com/loc/uk/?n=5956), and was handed over
by Richard Franks (http://news.lugnet.com/loc/uk/?n=6041), but didn't appear
to have much subsequent success progressing his plans.
I am guessing that 'to release the pressure' that is one of the casualties.
So, any takers?
Phil.
PS: Don't look at me, I have neither the time nor the appropriate expertise.
PPS: Michael: If anything even more serious happens, like you have to give
up your LUGMAG or technic-uk sites, please let us all know so we can
consider carrying them on somehow.

Unfortunately, though I am keen to put something worthwhile into UK AFOLdom I don't have the net expertise either. But I wondered if it would be a good (...)
